The site is a set of static files. It sets no cookie and calls no third party, and what the server records is written out in full on the privacy page.
Software and licence
The Bookrail engine, API, CLI, MCP server and SDK are licensed under Apache License 2.0. What that covers, and where the code is today, is on the open source page. The name Bookrail and the mark are the company's.
Terms of service
There are none yet, because there is nothing to sign up to: the API is in early access and keys are issued by hand. Terms of service and a data processing agreement are being written and will be linked from here and from the privacy page when they exist.
