The site is a set of static files. It sets no cookie and calls no third party, and what the server records is written out in full on the privacy page.
Software and licence
The Bookrail engine, API, CLI, MCP server and SDK are licensed under Apache License 2.0. What that covers, and where the code is today, is on the open source page. The name Bookrail and the mark are the company's.
Terms of service
API keys and the paid plans are issued under the Terms of Service and
the Data Processing Agreement, for businesses only. They are accepted when
the keys are requested, on the sign up page or with
bookrail signup, and again before the first payment in the
dashboard. How personal data is handled on this website is on the
privacy page.
