Open a Stripe Checkout for a paid plan

POST
/v1/dashboard/billing/checkout

Returns the URL of a Stripe Checkout Session for Pro or Scale, billed monthly on the first of the month with the first month pro rata, VAT excluded, for businesses (a VAT number or tax id is required where Stripe supports one). An account that has not accepted the terms in force sends accept_terms and approve_clauses, which are recorded first. The plan changes when Stripe confirms, not here. An account with a subscription already is sent to the portal.
